“The Hotel Metro commands a prime downtown position, making it an effortless walk to key cultural spots and the lakefront. Its art deco style is evident in spacious, handsomely appointed rooms, though noise can occasionally filter in. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the remarkably attentive service from staff like Ray at the front desk and Loni at valet, who consistently go above and beyond.”
